WKND Sport is published by Marco de Biolley (marcodb.be). He is the controller of your data.

For any question: contact@wkndsport.com.

Your profile: your name, and whatever you add yourself — email, phone, date of birth, photo, position, shirt number.

Your team life: your availability, your goals and assists, your predictions and bets, your chores, your carpooling, your membership fee.

If you enter as a supporter: your name and your email, and your predictions. Nothing else.

Technically: a session identifier kept on your device, and the host’s access logs.

To run your team, and nothing else. No advertising, no resale, no profiling. No cookies, no ad trackers, no external analytics: the app keeps your session and a cache in your browser’s storage.

If you are a player or staff member: because you belong to a team that uses the app, and the team has a legitimate interest in organising itself.

If you are a supporter: because you accepted it when entering with the stand’s code. You can withdraw that consent whenever you want.

The app counts its own screens for itself: how many people open it, which pages are served, and whether those who try the demo see it through.

None of these counts is tied to your profile. Each visit gets a randomly drawn number that lives in memory and vanishes as soon as you reload: two of your visits never meet. But let us be precise — in a squad of twenty-five, a rarely opened screen can point to someone. We therefore treat these counters as personal data, and keep them for 90 days.

Nothing goes to a third party, and this measurement writes nothing to your phone — no cookie, no storage. So there is nothing to accept. Your login session, on the other hand, does stay on your device: without it you would have to sign in again on every screen.

The flip side: since nothing links a visit to a person, we cannot find “your” counts to show or erase them separately. That is the limit set by Article 11 of the GDPR; the 90 days take care of it.

The members of your team. Teams are walled off: nobody from another team reads your data.

Supporters do not see the locker room: no availability, no carpooling, no chores, no membership fees. They see neither your email, nor your phone, nor your date of birth.

Your membership fee is read only by you and by your team’s admins.

The database is hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, in the European Union. The site is served by Vercel. Login emails go out through Brevo.

These three providers are our processors. The database does not leave the European Union.

As long as you are part of the team, then 24 months: the time of a blank season and a comeback. After that, your profile is anonymised and your contact details erased.

If you ask for erasure, your profile and contact details disappear. Match results and the season’s standings remain in the club’s history; whatever identifies you is removed from them.

You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to it, or receive a copy readable elsewhere.

The easiest happens in the app: your profile is editable from “My profile”. For the rest, write to contact@wkndsport.com — answer within a month.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Data Protection Authority.

The app is made for adult teams. For a player under 16, their legal guardian must give consent.

The date at the top of the page says when it last moved.
